Rapid Transformational Therapy is a 21 day process. This includes:

  • pre-session survey 

  • 1.5-2 hour hypnotherapy session

  • personalized recording for client

  • 21 day listening reinforcement

  • 1, 10, 21 day check-in




Amazed by the positive changes in my life after trying hypnotherapy, I needed to learn more...

Reading books was a start but not enough. Needing to understand how my unexpected, dramatic changes occurred so effortlessly, I enrolled in and completed hypnotherapy certification. I had no intention of becoming a professional therapist, so I was surprised during the course that I really enjoyed giving practice sessions to friends and family. They were manifesting such positive results too. Before I knew it, I was taking on referrals. Turns out, I love giving hypnotherapy sessions, and even more, I love helping and watching my clients create big positive changes in their lives.
